Bid Manager

Core Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Bid process - including RFI, ITT, RFP, etc.
- Lead on the bid's solution, strategy, themes and development
- Create and manage a proposal/project management plan
- Manage compliance, governance and risk throughout the process
- Ensure bid is delivered on time
- Lead on Bid/No Bid review
- Develop storyboarding
- Manage and engage the bid team
- Creation of material for interim reviews and customer presentations
- Direct writing / editing / proof-reading
- Manage contributions from a variety of contributors and customise where necessary
- Keep abreast of legislative changes
- Undertaken competitor analysis
- Manage sales enquiries and maximise commercial opportunities
- Produce professional and impressive proposals

Qualifications

- Ideally degree and/or relevant operational experience
- Experience of working into the Public Sector
